Q: Are your Baby Bottles BPA-free and safe for newborns?
A: Yes—all our Baby Bottles meet UK safety standards (BS EN 14350) and are 100% BPA-free, phthalate-free, and lead-free. For newborns (0–3 months), we recommend our “Newborn Anti-Colic Bottles”:
  • Slow-flow nipples (prevents overfeeding and colic).
  • Wide neck (easy to clean and fill with formula/breast milk).
  • Heat-sensitive strips (change color if milk is too hot—prevents burns).
All Baby Bottles are dishwasher-safe (top rack) and compatible with most sterilizers.

Q: Can I track my order if I need Diapers urgently?
A: Yes—all orders include a tracking number sent via email once shipped. For urgent Diaper orders (e.g., you’re almost out), select “Expedited Shipping” at checkout (next business day delivery) and email us with your order number—we’ll prioritize processing to ensure fast delivery.
Q: How should I clean and sterilize Baby Bottles?
A: For safe cleaning:
  1. Daily Cleaning: Disassemble the Bottle (nipple, cap, base), rinse with warm water, then wash with mild baby-safe soap and a Bottle brush. Rinse thoroughly.
  1. Sterilization: Sterilize new Bottles before first use, and after sick days. Options:
  • Electric sterilizer (follows manufacturer instructions—typically 5–10 minutes).
  • Boiling water: Submerge all parts in boiling water for 5 minutes (let cool before use).
  • Microwave sterilizer bags: Follow bag instructions (fast, ideal for travel).
Do not use abrasive sponges (scratch the Bottle) or harsh detergents (leave residue).
