How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
  1. Submit a Request: Email 21-upward.wakings@icloud.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Item type (e.g., “Anti-Colic Baby Bottle (250ml)”, “Size 4 Disposable Diapers”, “Fragrance-Free Baby Wipes (80-count)”)
  • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “Bottle leaks”, “Wrong Diaper size”, “Wipes irritate baby’s skin”)
  • Clear photos of the item (and defects, if applicable—e.g., torn Diaper, leaking Bottle) to speed up review.
  1. Receive Approval: Our team reviews requests within 2 business days (prioritizing urgent cases like wrong Diaper sizes). If approved, we send a pre-paid return label (we cover return costs for defects/incorrect items; you cover costs for change-of-mind returns).
  1. Ship the Item Back:
  • Repack the item in its original packaging (include all accessories: e.g., Baby Bottle caps, Diaper samples, Baby Wipe lids).
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  • Ship to our Walsall address (27 Wallheath Crescent, Walsall, England, WS9 9HS) within 7 days of approval.
Refund & Exchange Timelines
  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item (we verify hygiene and packaging). Refunds are issued to your original payment method—you’ll get an email confirmation once complete.
  • Exchanges: We ship your replacement item (e.g., correct-size Diapers, leak-free Baby Bottles) within 3–5 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility. Exchange shipping is free for defect/incorrect item requests (urgent Diaper exchanges ship within 48 hours).
