Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to United States addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). International shipping is not available at this time—this ensures we can prioritize timely delivery for urgent baby supplies (e.g., Diapers, Baby Wipes) and comply with U.S. safety regulations for baby products.
For remote U.S. regions (e.g., rural Alaska, outer islands of Hawaii), additional shipping fees may apply for bulk orders (e.g., 6+ packs of Diapers) due to extended courier routes. These fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
  • Standard Items (Diapers, Baby Wipes, Basic Baby Bottles): Processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day). We prioritize Diaper orders to ensure you don’t run out of essentials—these may be processed within 24 hours of placement.
  • Specialty Items (Anti-Colic Baby Bottles, Organic Diapers): May require an extra 1 business day for verification (e.g., confirming stock of hypoallergenic materials).
  • Urgent Requests: If you’re in immediate need of Diapers or Baby Wipes (e.g., “last pack at home”), email 21-upward.wakings@icloud.com with your order number and “Urgent Baby Supply” in the subject line—we’ll expedite processing where possible.
Delivery Details
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours of shipping. You can use this number to monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS).
  • Hygiene & Safety Handling: All baby supplies are packed in sealed, moisture-proof packaging to protect against damage or contamination. Baby Bottles are wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage, and Diapers/Baby Wipes are stored in climate-controlled containers during transit to avoid heat/moisture damage.
  • Delivery Confirmation: For orders over $50 (e.g., bulk Diapers + Baby Bottles), we require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure your items are received safely. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule or pick up the package.
Delivery Issues & Claims
  • Lost/Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline (e.g., standard shipping takes more than 5 business days to the U.S. mainland) or marked as “delivered” but not received:
  1. Check your shipping address for accuracy (including apartment numbers, unit codes, or PO box details).
  1. Contact the carrier via the tracking link to inquire—carriers often hold packages at local facilities if access is restricted.
  1. If unresolved, email 21-upward.wakings@icloud.com with your order number and tracking number—we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (for Diapers/Baby Wipes) or issue a full refund within 3 business days.
  • Damaged Items: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If items are damaged (e.g., cracked Baby Bottle, torn Diaper packs), take clear photos of the damage and packaging, then email us within 24 hours. We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund—no need to return the damaged items (to avoid further delay in receiving essentials).
  • Incorrect Address: We are not liable for lost/delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Double-check your address at checkout—changes can only be made within 24 hours of order placement by emailing our support team.
